Ok,
I have a friend, a man, who had a brief affair with a woman who lived on the opposite side of the country. When it ended they stayed in occasional contact, and once, years later, when he was on a business trip in the city where she lived, he decided to look her up. When she answered the phone, she was emotionally shattered; her husband had died of a heart attack two days before.
Now they were very long sentences!
